Membership Agreement
1. Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between [Mialpa.com] and the person who becomes a member of the platform (“Member”). By completing the registration process, the Member is deemed to have accepted all the terms specified in this agreement.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions under which the Member may use services such as posting ads, buying and selling, making payments and withdrawals through the platform.
3. Membership Conditions
The Member undertakes that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
Persons under the age of 18 cannot become members of the platform.
Opening multiple fake accounts by the same person is prohibited.
4. Member's Rights and Obligations
The Member agrees to use the platform only for legal purposes.
The Member is responsible for the security of their account (password, login information, etc.).
When posting ads, they must provide accurate, complete and non-misleading information.
The Member may not share content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
Accounts may be permanently closed if fraud, deception, or abuse is detected.
5. Platform Rights and Obligations
The platform is obligated to provide a secure trading environment among users.
It reserves the right to remove ads and memberships that violate the rules.
Service interruptions may occur due to technical malfunctions or maintenance work; the platform cannot be held responsible for this.
6. Payment and Withdrawal
All payments are made through the platform's secure payment infrastructure.
The seller can transfer their post-sale balance to their own bank account by creating a "Withdrawal" request.
Withdrawal processing time may vary depending on banking transactions.
7. Termination of the Agreement
The member may close their account at any time.
The platform may unilaterally terminate the membership of users who violate the rules.
In case of termination, if the member has a balance, it will be paid after the necessary verifications are completed.
8. Disclaimer
The platform is not responsible for the content of transactions between the buyer and the seller.
In case of disputes between users, responsibility lies solely with the relevant parties.
However, necessary measures are taken to prevent fraud through a secure transaction infrastructure.
9. Privacy and GDPR
The member's personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.
The member consents to the processing of their data and its sharing with official institutions when necessary.
10. Resolution of Disputes
Turkish Law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
In the event that a solution cannot be reached between the parties, the Istanbul (Anatolian/European) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
11. Effectiveness
This agreement enters into force upon completion of the member's registration process. Every member using the platform is deemed to have read and accepted the terms of this agreement.
