Check delivery first
Review the delivered product, account, code or service information before marking the order as completed.
Keep proof in chat
Use order chat for delivery details, screenshots and support evidence. External chats are harder to verify.
Report suspicious requests
Contact support if a seller asks for direct payment, outside contact, extra fees or private credentials unrelated to delivery.
Dispute support
If the product is missing, materially different or not delivered, contact support before confirming completion.
Complete only when satisfied
Once you confirm completion, the order may be treated as accepted, so check everything carefully first.
